密集型母线的“三明治”结构相对空气型母线“栅格式”结构明显存在体积小、占用空间小的优势;The "sandwich" structure of the compact busbar has obvious advantages of small volume and less space occupation compared with the "grid-like" structure of the air type busbar.

一般低压系统输电线路的电压降指标主要取决于输电线路的电阻、容抗、感抗,空气型外壳为磁性材料(钢),涡流现象明显,具有较大的容抗和感抗,电压降明显,电能损耗较大;而密集型母线紧密的结构,大大降低了母线系统的阻抗,铝镁合金外壳更加避免了磁滞涡流现象的产生,使得整个系统电压降非常小,能耗非常低;发热量小、散热快;The voltage drop index of the general low-voltage system transmission lines mainly depends on the resistance, capacitance reactance and inductance reactance of the transmission lines. 密集型母线拥有空气型母线难以比拟的低阻抗特点,在发热指标上密集型母线更小;母线系统是全封闭结构,防护等级最高可达到IP68,所以密集型母线热传递方式为“热传导”,能很快通过铜母排和铝镁合金外壳把热量散发,大大提升铜排的导电效能,优化了铜排的载流截面;空气型母线传递方式为“辐射”,而金属间的热“传导”势必优越于气体介质的热“辐射”,而且空气型母线槽外壳大多数采用钢制外壳故而散热效果不佳,为了保证母线槽的载流需要必须加大铜排截面,增加了成本,所以相对而言空气型母线槽的性价比不高,渐渐被市场淘汰更新。The compact busbar has an extremely low impedance feature that is unmatched by the air type busbar, and the heat generation index of the compact busbar is smaller. Moreover, the majority of the shells of air type busbar channels adopt steel enclosures, resulting in poor heat dissipation effect. In order to ensure the current-carrying capacity of the busbar channel, it is necessary to increase the section of the copper bar, increasing the cost. Therefore, relatively speaking, the cost performance of the air type busbar channel is not high and it is gradually eliminated and updated by the market.空气型母线外壳组装基本采用螺栓连接,密集型母线采用全自动铆接系统组装,前者在电气运行(伴随震动)过程中极容易发生螺栓松动、脱落,存在安全隐患,而后者摒弃了传统的螺栓连接,电气连续性好,同时避免了人为因素,装配精度高。The assembly of the enclosure of the air type busbar is basically by bolt connection, while the compact busbar is assembled by a fully automatic riveting system.  空气型母线有着它难以避免的“烟囱效应”,一旦一处着火,其中空式的结构正好充当烟囱的角色,使得整个火势蔓延速度加快,存在严重的安全隐患。The air type busbar has an inevitable "chimney effect". Once there is a fire at one point, its hollow structure acts exactly like a chimney, accelerating the spread of the fire, presenting a serious safety hazard.
