新工厂建设之初便将环保标准纳入核心规划,选址江苏省扬中市经济开发区,依托优越的地理位置构建绿色生产体系。工厂引进先进的环保设备与工艺,针对生产过程中可能产生的废气、废渣等污染物,建立全流程处理机制:通过专用环保设备对生产废气进行过滤净化,确保排放符合国家环保标准;对生产废渣进行分类回收与资源化利用,杜绝随意丢弃造成的环境影响。此外,生产环节采用封闭化作业模式,有效防止粉尘扩散,实现车间内外环境的清洁无污染。
