安装工作的成功,一半在于前期准备。仓促上阵很容易忽略关键细节,埋下安全隐患。Half the success of the installation work lies in thorough pre-installation preparation. Rushing into construction can easily lead to oversight of key details and lay hidden safety risks.
环境勘察与清理Site Survey and Cleaning:首先要确认安装位置是否符合要求——远离潮湿、多尘、高温、腐蚀气体、易燃易爆环境,同时保证安装空间充足,便于后续操作和维护(建议壳体周围预留不小于60cm的检修空间)。其次,清理安装区域的杂物、油污,确保地面平整、牢固,避免安装后壳体倾斜或受力不均。First, confirm that the installation location meets the requirements—it should be far away from humid, dusty, high-temperature, corrosive gas, flammable and explosive environments. Meanwhile, ensure sufficient installation space for convenient subsequent operation and maintenance (it is recommended to reserve a maintenance space of not less than 60 cm around the cabinet shell). Second, clean up debris and oil stains in the installation area, and ensure the ground is flat and firm to prevent the cabinet shell from tilting or being subjected to uneven stress after installation.
设备与配件检查Equipment and Accessory Inspection:开箱后先核对配电柜壳体的型号、规格是否与设计图纸一致,检查壳体外观有无变形、破损、掉漆等情况。同时清点固定螺栓、接地端子、密封胶条等配件是否齐全、完好,避免因配件缺失或损坏影响安装进度和质量。After unpacking, first check whether the model and specification of the power distribution cabinet shell are consistent with the design drawings, and inspect the shell surface for deformation, damage, paint peeling and other defects. At the same time, inventory whether accessories such as fixing bolts, grounding terminals and sealing rubber strips are complete and intact, so as to avoid delaying the installation progress and affecting the quality due to missing or damaged accessories.
工具与人员准备Tool and Personnel Preparation:提前备好水平仪、卷尺、扳手、螺丝刀等安装工具,确保工具性能良好、精度达标。安装人员需具备专业资质,熟悉安装规范和安全操作流程,避免无证操作或违规施工。Prepare installation tools such as a level, tape measure, wrench and screwdriver in advance, ensuring the tools are in good working condition and meet precision standards. Installation personnel must possess professional qualifications and be familiar with installation specifications and safe operation procedures, so as to avoid unlicensed operation or non-compliant construction.
接地安装,生命防线不能少Grounding Installation: An Indispensable Lifeline for Safety:配电柜壳体必须可靠接地,这是保障人身安全和设备稳定运行的关键。接地时,需将壳体的接地端子与接地干线牢固连接,接地导体的截面面积要符合规范要求(一般不小于4mm²),连接点需去除氧化层,确保接触良好。接地电阻要严格控制在规定范围内(一般不大于4Ω),避免因接地不良导致漏电时无法及时导走电流,引发触电事故。The power distribution cabinet shell must be reliably grounded, which is crucial for ensuring personal safety and stable equipment operation. When grounding, firmly connect the grounding terminal of the cabinet shell to the main grounding conductor. The cross-sectional area of the grounding conductor shall meet specification requirements (generally not less than 4 mm²). Remove the oxide layer at the connection point to ensure good contact. The grounding resistance must be strictly controlled within the specified range (generally not more than 4 Ω) to avoid electric shock accidents caused by failure to conduct leakage current in a timely manner due to poor grounding.
密封处理,隔绝隐患护内部Sealing Treatment: Isolate Hidden Dangers to Protect Internal Components:为防止潮湿、灰尘、杂物进入壳体内部,影响内部电气元件的性能,需做好密封处理。安装时要检查壳体的密封胶条是否完好、安装到位,连接处要密封严密。对于户外安装的壳体,还需额外做好防水处理,避免雨水渗入导致短路故障。To prevent moisture, dust and debris from entering the cabinet shell and affecting the performance of internal electrical components, proper sealing treatment is required. During installation, check whether the sealing rubber strips of the cabinet shell are intact and installed in place, and ensure tight sealing at the joints. For cabinets installed outdoors, additional waterproof measures must be taken to avoid short-circuit faults caused by rainwater infiltration.
线缆预留,方便后续运维Cable Reservation: Facilitate Subsequent Operation and Maintenance:安装过程中,要为后续线缆敷设预留充足的空间和接口,接口位置要符合设计要求,避免因预留不足导致后续施工困难。同时,要注意壳体的进出线口防护,加装防护套,防止线缆被壳体边缘划伤。During installation, reserve sufficient space and interfaces for subsequent cable laying, and ensure the interface positions comply with design requirements to avoid construction difficulties caused by insufficient reservation. Meanwhile, pay attention to the protection of the cable inlet and outlet of the cabinet shell, and install protective sleeves to prevent cables from being scratched by the sharp edges of the cabinet.
安装完成后,不能直接投入使用,需进行全面检查验收,确认无问题后再进入后续环节。After installation, the cabinet cannot be put into use directly. A comprehensive inspection and acceptance must be carried out to confirm there are no issues before proceeding to subsequent procedures.
外观与固定检查Appearance and Fixing Inspection:再次检查壳体外观有无变形、破损,固定螺栓是否全部拧紧,壳体是否平稳、无倾斜。Re-inspect the cabinet shell for deformation or damage, check whether all fixing bolts are tightened, and confirm the cabinet is stable without tilting.
接地性能检查Grounding Performance Inspection:使用专业仪器检测接地电阻,确保符合规定要求;检查接地连接点是否牢固,有无松动或接触不良的情况。Use professional instruments to test the grounding resistance to ensure it meets the specified requirements; check whether the grounding connection points are firm and free from loosening or poor contact.
密封与防护检查Sealing and Protection Inspection:检查密封胶条是否密封严密,进出线口防护是否到位,户外安装的壳体防水措施是否有效。Check whether the sealing rubber strips are tightly sealed, whether the protection of cable inlets and outlets is in place, and whether the waterproof measures for outdoor-installed cabinets are effective.
空载试运行检查No-load Trial Operation Inspection:在接入负载前,进行空载试运行,检查壳体有无异常振动、异响,内部电气元件(若已安装)运行是否正常,确保安装质量符合使用要求Before connecting the load, conduct a no-load trial operation. Check the cabinet for abnormal vibration or noise, and verify that the internal electrical components (if installed) are operating normally, so as to ensure the installation quality meets the service requirements.
