高短时耐受电流High short-time withstand current:需能承受电机启动、设备合闸带来的大电流冲击,常规进线柜短时耐受电流建议不低于 50kA/1s;Capable of withstanding high current impacts caused by motor startup and equipment switching. The short-time withstand current of conventional incoming cabinets is recommended to be no less than 50kA/1s.
预留充足扩容空间Sufficient expansion reserve:回路数量预留 10%-20% 的备用,进线电流预留 15%-20% 的余量,适配后期新增设备;Reserve 10%–20% spare circuits and 15%–20% margin for incoming current to accommodate future additional equipment.
适配恶劣工况Adaptation to harsh environments:根据车间环境选择对应防护等级,多粉尘潮湿车间建议 IP40 及以上,同时选用抗油污、耐老化的元器件;Select the appropriate protection degree according to the workshop environment. IP40 or above is recommended for dusty and humid workshops, together with oil-resistant and aging-resistant components.
谐波治理能力Harmonic suppression capability:针对变频、整流设备较多的车间,需配置带电抗器的电容补偿柜,抑制谐波干扰。For workshops with many frequency converters and rectifiers, capacitor compensation cabinets with reactors shall be equipped to suppress harmonic interference.
