依托自研环氧树脂流化绝缘技术,美嘉绝缘母线、绝缘铜铝排采用高纯度导体+紧密贴合绝缘结构的基础设计:

导体采用高纯度无氧铜材质,电阻率稳定、导体阻抗更低;一体式流化绝缘工艺无气隙、无夹层,导热性能优异,可快速导出设备运行热量,有效降低设备温升。

相比传统配电设备,该系列产品能够有效降低输电过程中的有功损耗和温升损耗,长期运行下,可稳定减少线路电能浪费,适配工厂长期节能降耗需求。同时产品耐老化、免频繁运维,减少后期检修停机带来的产能损耗与资源浪费。

Adopting self-developed epoxy resin fluidized insulation technology, Mega insulated busways, insulated copper bars and aluminum bars feature a core design of high-purity conductors and fully bonded insulation structure.

Equipped with high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors with stable resistivity and low impedance, our products adopt an integrated fluidized insulation process with no air gaps or interlayers.
