载流降容,温升叠加:环境每升高 5℃,设备载流能力下降 5%~8%,长期满负荷运行易突破国标温升限值。 Current-carrying capacity derating & accumulated temperature rise: For every 5°C rise in ambient temperature, the equipment’s current-carrying capacity drops by 5%~8%. Long-term full-load operation tends to exceed the national standard limit for temperature rise.
绝缘老化,击穿风险上升:高温加速有机绝缘材料热裂解,叠加潮湿粉尘易引发爬电、击穿。 Insulation aging & higher breakdown risk: High temperatures accelerate thermal cracking of organic insulating materials. Combined with humidity and dust, this may easily cause tracking discharge and insulation breakdown.
连接应力松弛,接头发热恶性循环:热胀冷缩加剧螺栓松动,接触电阻持续升高,发热问题逐级放大。 Relaxed connection stress & vicious cycle of joint overheating: Thermal expansion and contraction aggravate bolt loosening, which continuously increases contact resistance and worsens heat generation step by step.
散热通道堵塞,内部积热:粉尘油污堵塞散热路径,高温下散热效率进一步下降。 Blocked heat dissipation passages & internal heat accumulation: Dust and oil stains block heat dissipation paths, further reducing heat dissipation efficiency under high temperatures.
母线槽是大电流输配核心,也是夏季温升故障高发设备,需从巡检、维护、处置全流程闭环管控。 As the core component for high-current power transmission and distribution, busways are highly susceptible to temperature rise faults in summer. Closed-loop management covering the full process of inspection, maintenance and fault disposal shall be implemented.
高峰期间常规场景每周巡检≥2 次,重要负荷每日巡检 1 次,高峰时段加密测温。 During peak power consumption periods, general sites shall be inspected no less than twice a week, and critical load equipment once daily. Temperature measurement shall be conducted more frequently during peak hours.
红外测温(核心):重点检测连接接头、插接单元、转角 / 变径段、封闭竖井段;按 GB 7251.2 要求导体温升限值 70K,同回路相邻点位温差超 15K 需重点关注;建立测温台账,同步记录环境温度、负荷电流,纵向对比趋势。 Infrared temperature measurement (core procedure): Focus on connecting joints, plug-in units, corner/reducer sections and enclosed shaft sections. Per GB 7251.2, the allowable temperature rise limit for conductors is 70K. Any temperature difference over 15K between adjacent points on the same circuit shall be closely monitored. Establish a temperature measurement log to record ambient temperature and load current synchronously for longitudinal trend comparison.
外观与环境核查:检查壳体密封、穿墙封堵是否完好,通风通道是否堵塞,有无异常电磁噪音、焦糊异味。 Visual & environmental inspection: Check the integrity of cabinet sealing and wall penetration sealing, whether ventilation passages are blocked, and detect abnormal electromagnetic noise or burnt odor.
结构与接地检查:支吊架、伸缩节无卡滞,接地干线连接连续可靠。 Structural & earthing inspection: Ensure no jamming on support hangers and expansion joints, and continuous, reliable connection of main earthing conductors.
全面清洁壳体、散热缝隙积尘油污,保障散热通畅; Thoroughly remove dust and oil accumulated on cabinets and heat dissipation gaps to ensure unobstructed heat dissipation.
停电后按厂家标准扭矩复核所有连接端螺栓,补偿热胀冷缩导致的应力松弛; After power cut, retighten all terminal bolts in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard torque to compensate for stress relaxation caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
用 1000V 兆欧表测试相间、相对地绝缘电阻,低压母线应≥0.5MΩ,阻值偏低需排查受潮、老化问题。 Test inter-phase and phase-to-earth insulation resistance with a 1000V megohmmeter. The insulation resistance of low-voltage busways shall be no less than 0.5MΩ. If the reading is low, troubleshoot dampness and insulation aging issues.
接头温升超标:过载导致的立即降负荷;接触不良的停电打磨接触面、涂导电膏、按扭矩复紧,复测合格后方可送电;封闭敷设场景增设机械通风。 Excessively high joint temperature rise: Immediately reduce load if caused by overload. For poor contact, cut off power, polish contact surfaces, apply conductive grease, retighten bolts to specified torque, and restore power only after passing re-inspection. Install mechanical ventilation for enclosed installation scenarios.
绝缘电阻偏低:排查进水凝露,通风干燥;绝缘层破损老化及时更换,严禁带隐患运行。 Low insulation resistance: Check for water ingress and condensation, and ventilate to dry the equipment. Replace damaged or aged insulation layers promptly; operation with hidden dangers is strictly prohibited.
插接单元发热:检查插接爪变形氧化情况,轻微打磨修复,严重则更换部件,确保插接到位锁止可靠。 Overheating plug-in units: Inspect plug-in claws for deformation and oxidation. Conduct minor polishing for slight defects, and replace severely damaged components to guarantee full insertion and reliable locking.

停电清理柜内积尘杂物,保持散热风道畅通; Cut off power and clean dust and debris inside cabinets to keep heat dissipation air ducts unobstructed.
复核主回路、二次端子紧固件,消除热胀冷缩松动隐患; Recheck fasteners for main circuits and secondary terminals to eliminate loosening risks from thermal expansion and contraction.
校验保护定值与功能,确保与实际负荷匹配,避免高温下误动或拒动。 Calibrate protection setting values and functions to match actual loads, preventing false tripping or failure to trip under high temperatures.
元器件过热、电容器鼓包、三相负荷失衡等问题,第一时间降负荷、断电更换或调整分配,严禁带病运行。 In case of component overheating, capacitor bulging, three-phase load imbalance and other faults, reduce the load or cut off power immediately for component replacement or load adjustment. Operation with faults is strictly forbidden.
停电检修严格执行 “停电、验电、接地、挂牌、上锁” 流程,由持证电工操作;高温带电巡检做好防护,严禁触碰高温带电部件。 For power-off maintenance, strictly implement the "power cut, voltage test, earthing, warning tag posting, lockout" procedure, which shall only be performed by certified electricians. Wear full protective gear during live-line inspection under high temperatures, and never touch hot live components.

Reduce load or cut off power immediately once abnormalities are detected, and restore power only after faults are eliminated and re-inspection passes.
