During the technical exchange session, Chairman Liu Shaomin elaborated on the core innovations of the epoxy resin fluidizedbusway. This technology uses a special fluidization process to make epoxy resin evenly coat the conductor in a liquid state, and after curing, a seamless insulation layer is formed, which fundamentally solves the industry pain points of traditionalbusway trunking systems:Eliminates air gaps between the insulation layer and the conductor, reducing thermal resistance by more than 60%, significantly improving heat dissipation efficiency, and enabling stable operation under higher current density.The seamless structure isolates moisture, dust, and corrosive gases. It remained undamaged after 1,800 hours of salt spray testing, achieving a qualitative leap in weather resistance and reliability.

The green production system is another major highlight:
The product uses 99.99% high-purity T2 oxygen-free copper, with a conductivity of 101.8% IACS. Under the same load, the conductor size is reduced by 30%, reducing copper ore resource consumption.
The shell is made of anti-eddy current loss aluminum extruded profiles, which have higher strength than traditional steel plates and can be recycled.The full-life-cycle low-carbon design has obtained ISO 14067 certification. Its carbon footprint is 15% lower than the industry average, and zero harmful emissions are achieved during the production process.

In the on-site product demonstration session, the extreme environment adaptability of the epoxy resin fluidizedbusway attracted attention:IP66-level waterproof and dustproof performance enables "power transmission in water", and its 5kV underwater withstand voltage far exceeds the 2.5-3.75kV of traditional products.The insulation layer remains undamaged after 10 seconds of combustion in 1,300℃ flame, reaching a flame retardant grade of V-0.After 36 thermal cycle tests from -40℃ to 125℃, the insulation performance remains stable. Its design life is as long as 50 years, which reduces 4 replacement cycles compared with traditional products and saves 60% of material costs.

The energy-saving benefits are also significant. Taking the 3200Abusway as an example:Its operating temperature is 20℃ lower than that of traditional polyester filmbusways. A singlebusway saves about 12,000 kWh of electricity annually and reduces carbon emissions by 4,080 kg.Within a 50-year full life cycle, each 30-meterbusway can reduce emissions by 80 tons, providing solid support for enterprises to achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
