June marks the National Work Safety Month. Its core goals are to identify hidden dangers, plug loopholes, standardize operations and take preventive measures. In industrial production, the power distribution system serves as the power core of a plant. It is a key focus of work safety inspections, as well as a high-risk area prone to electrical fires, equipment shutdowns and safety accidents.

结合国标电气施工验收规范、多年工业配电项目落地经验,以及上千家工厂运维实操案例,我们梳理出一套可落地、可自查、可整改的工业配电系统隐患排查指南。内容全部基于现场真实工况,不夸大风险、不虚构问题,精准覆盖母线槽、配电柜、线路绝缘、接地系统等核心设备,适配工厂日常自查、安监核查、年度整改全场景。

In accordance with national standards for electrical construction and acceptance, coupled with our rich experience in industrial power distribution projects and operation & maintenance cases of thousands of factories, we have compiled a practical guide for hidden danger inspection of industrial power distribution systems. It supports on-site implementation, self-inspection and rectification. All content is based on actual operating conditions without exaggerated risks or fabricated problems. This guide fully covers core equipment including busways, power distribution cabinets, line insulation and grounding systems, and fits factory daily self-inspections, safety supervision audits and annual rectification work.

 

一、母线槽系统:高频隐患与标准化整改Busway System: Frequent Hidden Dangers and Standard Rectification

母线槽作为大电流输配电核心设备,长期满负荷、高温、潮湿、粉尘工况运行,极易出现连接松动、温升异常、绝缘受潮、防护失效等隐性隐患,也是多数工厂容易忽略的巡检重点。

As core equipment for high-current power transmission and distribution, busways operate continuously under full load, high temperature, humidity and dusty conditions. They are vulnerable to hidden risks such as loose connections, abnormal temperature rise, damp insulation and failed protection, which are often overlooked in routine inspections.

1. 核心高频隐患Major Frequent Hidden Dangers

接头温升超标:热胀冷缩导致螺栓应力松弛,接触电阻增大,长期运行出现局部过热,是母线最常见故障;

Excessive temperature rise at joints: Thermal expansion and contraction loosen bolt tension and increase contact resistance, causing local overheating during long-term operation. This is the most common fault of busways.

绝缘性能下降:传统绝缘材料易吸潮、积尘、老化,雨季、潮湿车间绝缘阻值不达标;

Deteriorated insulation performance: Traditional insulating materials easily absorb moisture, accumulate dust and age. The insulation resistance fails to meet requirements in rainy seasons and humid workshops.

防护密封失效:盖板松动、密封条老化,粉尘、水汽侵入,引发爬电、漏电隐患;

Failed sealing protection: Loose cover plates and aged sealing strips allow dust and moisture to penetrate, leading to tracking current and electric leakage risks.

敷设与扩容不规范:密集敷设无散热间距、超负荷带载、插接箱长期虚接。

Non-compliant installation and capacity expansion: Dense layout without heat dissipation gaps, overloaded operation and poor long-term contact of plug-in boxes.

2. 落地排查方法Practical Inspection Methods

红外测温排查:重点检测接头、转角段、变径段、插接位置,国标温升限值≤70K,超温即为隐患;

Infrared temperature detection: Focus on joints, corner sections, reducer sections and plug-in positions. The maximum allowable temperature rise specified by national standards is 70K, and any excess shall be regarded as a hidden danger.

绝缘电阻测试:停机状态使用 1000V 兆欧表,相间、相对地绝缘电阻≥0.5MΩ 为合格;

Insulation resistance test: Use a 1000V megohmmeter when equipment is shut down. Qualified standard: insulation resistance between phases and between phase and ground ≥ 0.5MΩ.

外观结构检查:核查壳体无变形、密封无破损、伸缩节安装规范、支吊架牢固无松动;

Visual and structural inspection: Check that the enclosure is free of deformation, seals are intact, expansion joints are installed in compliance with standards, and supports and hangers are firmly fixed.

插接单元核查:插接箱完全咬合、锁扣到位,无虚接、无氧化发黑。

Plug-in unit inspection: Ensure plug-in boxes are fully engaged with latches locked in place, without poor contact or oxidation discoloration.

3. 针对性整改方案Targeted Rectification Solutions

To solve the problems of poor insulation, moisture susceptibility and unstable temperature rise of old busways, Mega epoxy resin fluidized insulated busways and insulated copper & aluminum busbars eliminate root risks fundamentally. For loose joint risks, the standardized connecting structure and matched fastening process, together with annual bolt torque rechecks, can greatly reduce the probability of overheating faults at joints, satisfying the demands of long-term safe operation and maintenance of factories.

 

二、配电柜系统:日常自查必查隐患与整改标准Power Distribution Cabinet System: Mandatory Hidden Dangers for Daily Self-Inspection and Rectification Standards

配电柜是配电系统的控制中枢,故障多源于元器件老化、通风散热不良、二次接线不规范、保护定值不匹配、运维记录缺失,也是安全生产检查的核心扣分点。

Power distribution cabinets are the control hub of the power distribution system. Most faults are caused by component aging, poor ventilation and heat dissipation, non-standard secondary wiring, mismatched protection settings and incomplete operation & maintenance records. They are also major items resulting in penalties in work safety inspections.

1. 必查高频隐患Mandatory Frequent Hidden Dangers

柜内积尘严重、通风口堵塞,高温天气散热不足,元器件加速老化;

Heavy dust accumulation inside cabinets and blocked vents lead to insufficient heat dissipation in hot weather and accelerate component aging.

断路器、接触器长期运行出现烧蚀、氧化,保护定值与实际负荷不匹配;

Circuit breakers and contactors suffer ablation and oxidation after long-term operation, and their protection settings do not match actual loads.

二次接线杂乱、线号脱落、端子松动,存在误动、拒动风险;

Disordered secondary wiring, missing wire numbers and loose terminals may cause incorrect operation or failure to trip.

接地、跨接不规范,应急保护、漏电保护功能失效。

Non-compliant grounding and bridging lead to malfunction of emergency protection and earth leakage protection devices.

2. 标准化整改实操Standard Rectification Practices

定期除尘通风:每月清理柜内粉尘、杂物,保障散热通道畅通,配电房温湿度控制在国标允许范围;

Regular dust removal and ventilation: Clean dust and sundries inside cabinets every month to keep heat dissipation passages unobstructed. Control the temperature and humidity of power distribution rooms within the scope permitted by national standards.

保护定值复核:根据车间实际负荷,核对断路器、保护器动作定值,杜绝过载不跳闸、误跳闸问题;

Recheck protection settings: Verify the tripping settings of circuit breakers and protectors according to actual workshop loads to avoid failure to trip under overload and accidental tripping.

二次回路校验:核查线号完整性、端子紧固度,测试指示灯、告警、联锁功能正常;

Secondary circuit verification: Check integrity of wire numbers and tightness of terminals, and test normal operation of indicator lights, alarms and interlock functions.

接地系统核验:柜体、柜门、金属部件接地跨接完整,低压系统接地电阻≤4Ω。

Grounding system inspection: Ensure complete grounding and bridging for cabinet bodies, doors and metal components. The grounding resistance of low-voltage systems shall not exceed 4Ω.

多数中小制造企业配电隐患,并非需要全盘拆除重建,而是局部隐患点位升级、薄弱设备替换、运维流程规范即可达标,避免过度改造、无效投入。

For most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, it is unnecessary to completely demolish and rebuild problematic power distribution facilities. Compliance can be achieved by upgrading risky parts, replacing defective equipment and standardizing operation & maintenance procedures, so as to avoid excessive renovation and invalid investment.

结合安全生产检查标准,务实升级原则如下:

In accordance with work safety inspection standards, the practical upgrade principles are listed below:

绝缘老化、受潮严重的母线段、裸露铜铝排,替换为流化绝缘防护产品,补齐绝缘与防护短板;

Replace busway sections and exposed copper & aluminum busbars with severely aged and dampened insulation with fluidized insulated products to improve insulation and protection performance.

负荷失衡、频繁跳闸的回路,优化负荷分配,匹配适配的柜体与保护元器件;

Optimize load distribution for circuits with unbalanced loads and frequent tripping, and select matching cabinets and protective components.

防护等级不足、不适应潮湿多尘车间的设备,升级密封结构与防护配置;

Upgrade sealing structures and protection configurations for equipment with insufficient protection rating that cannot adapt to humid and dusty workshops.

完善设备台账、巡检记录、试验报告,实现隐患可追溯、整改有记录。

Improve equipment ledgers, inspection records and test reports to realize traceable hidden dangers and documented rectification.

 

四、安全生产常态化:配电运维核心准则Regular Work Safety: Core Guidelines for Power Distribution Operation & Maintenance

电气安全无小事,绝大多数电气事故,都源于 “侥幸忽视”。结合全年运维经验,总结三条可长期落地的安全准则:

No electrical safety issue is trivial. The vast majority of electrical accidents result from fluke mentality and negligence. Based on year-round operation and maintenance experience, we have summarized three long-term enforceable safety guidelines:

预防大于抢修:高温、雨季、生产高峰期加密巡检,提前排查温升、绝缘、密封隐患,杜绝带病运行;

Prevention comes before emergency repair. Increase inspection frequency in hot weather, rainy seasons and peak production periods. Inspect temperature rise, insulation and sealing conditions in advance, and prohibit the operation of faulty equipment.

规范大于设备:再好的设备,也需要标准化安装、定期复核、规范操作,杜绝私拉乱接、超负荷运行、带病合闸;

Standardized operation outweighs equipment quality. Even high-quality equipment requires standardized installation, regular rechecks and compliant operation. Random wiring, overloaded operation and closing switches on faulty equipment are strictly prohibited.

 

溯源大于整改:每一次异常、跳闸、发热,均需记录溯源,整改闭环,避免同类隐患重复出现。

Traceability is more important than rectification. Record and trace every abnormality, tripping and overheating, and close the rectification loop to prevent recurrence of similar hidden dangers.
